Critter Control of Central MA has been serving the Worcester & Middlesex counties, providing professional animal & wildlife control services for over 30 years. We provide integrated Pest Management & Wildlife Management solutions which are environmentally sound and ecologically responsible.  

Animal Control Services are provided to home owners, property management companies, industrial and commercial clients, municipalities, and many Fortune 500 companies.

Critter Control of Central MA establishes the standards for excellence in the animal pest control industry and upholds those standards with a professional staff of biologists, zoologists, certified wildlife specialists, certified animal control officers, and anti-cruelty personnel. 

At Critter Control we identify the problem and humanely remove offending animals, repair animal damage and provide a long term solution. 

Key Players

Christopher B. has been with Critter Control since 1999. He has worked his way through the ranks, first as an animal control officer while in college, then as Staff Biologist upon completion of his studies. Chris has been a Certified Wildlife Control Technician since 2003. He has been a wildlife division training supervisor for the past 4 years; and pest control division supervisor since 2012. In furthering his education, Chris recently completed his Master’s degree. When he is not catching wildlife or fighting fireflies he can be found coaching and/or playing soccer or wrestling on a jujitsu mat.  
Adam B. came to Critter Control in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration. He is ACOAM Certified and is supervisor of the Domestic Animal Control Division. He is also a Certified Wildlife Control Technician and his specialty is birds and beaver mitigation. He is a certified installed of Bird B Gone, Bird Barrier and Solar Panel Barrier products. When Adam is not working he can be found on the ice coaching youth hockey, or playing on a men’s hockey team.  
Brittni C. joined the team in 2018 as an Assistant Animal Control Officer and Customer Service Specialist here at Critter Control. She is ACOAM Certified and trained to handle domestic animals as an Animal Control Officer; and in 2020 cross trained as a CSS who puts customers with wildlife issues at ease in our office. Whether her job takes her patrolling the streets for lost or injured pets, or explaining the importance of keeping wildlife out of your home or business, Brittni gets the job done effectively. When not working Brittni can be found endulging “Coco” and “Brownie” at the dog park.
Cindy L. is the office manager at Critter Control. Her prior experience and knowledge in the industry for the past 28 years is shared with the staff and customers on a daily basis. She takes the time to explain options to the customers, and, her calming and reassuring manner can put even the most anxious caller at ease. Cindy spends her down time travelling and taking her six grandchildren on outings.
Charlie B. has been the owner and operator of Critter Control of Central MA since 1990. His degree in animal sciences was his gateway into the wildlife removal world. He has been a manager and/or owner of general pest control companies for over 40 years. He is a past president of the Central MA Pest Management Association, and a former Chairman of the Critter Control Franchise Advisory Committee. His knowledge and experience has assisted in his growth for Critter Control of Central MA to become a conscientious, ethical pest and wildlife management service provider. 
Kayle B. is an Assistant Animal Control Officer here at Critter Control since 2020 and is ACOAM Certified. She brings her veterinary technician skills which are being utilized in this challenging position. Her job takes her patrolling the streets for lost or injured pets, which she gets back to their homes, and is a valuable resource when one gets off their leash. When Kayle is not tracking down a lost pet she can be found volunteering at a local shelter.
Terry M. is a Certified Wildlife Technician who joined Team Critter Control in 2018. He is not only wildlife certified, but, has also completed the Bat Conservation International (BCI) certification to address bats residing in homes and businesses. If Terry is not in search of critters he can be found watching his sons sporting events or enjoying the outdoors.
Adriane Z., is our newest CSS (Customer Service Specialist) and can be found in the office answering customer calls of the wildlife. When she is not in the office she can be found relaxing with a good book.
